Editors have full access to Equals. They can create spreadsheets, dashboards, refresh data, and more. Viewers can view spreadsheets and dashboards, but not create their own. Viewers are able to filter dashboards.
You can add any number of viewers to your account for no additional cost. Enabling your entire team or company to securely stay in the loop on your business.
We can implement subscription analytics for Stripe, Sequence, Hubspot, Salesforce, your own warehouse, and more. If you are unsure please reach out, our team is experienced in working with a wide range of datasources.
We can implement CRM analytics for Hubspot, Salesforce, Attio, and more. If your CRM is not listed, please reach out. We have experience working with a wide range of datasources.
We partner with Fivetran to offer connections to hundreds of SaaS apps. If you need a connector not listed, book a demo. There’s a good chance we can connect to it.
Our team of analysts will configure the data sync, any required transformations, and deliver a handful of spreadsheets tailored to your business and powered by your live data. Within a week you’ll typically have spreadsheets and dashboards ready to use.

Mostly no. Implementation is included in the cost of your connector, with two exceptions. First, Sequence has a lower connector price and so implementation is charged separately at $1k. Second, the unlimited connectors bundle includes 3 implementations at no additional cost, and then $1k per additional implementation.
Yes. Our implementation is just a starting point. Equals is a fully-featured spreadsheet, so you can build, extend, and customize however you like.
For companies under $2M ARR, we offer a discount of 50%. This discount applies until the company crosses the ARR threshold and is re-evaluated at each annual renewal.
Yes. We tailor the trial period to each customer’s needs. But you will always have an opportunity to try Equals before committing.
No. You can use Equals as much as you want. We do not limit the number of queries, spreadsheets, or dashboards.
We do have a fair use policy for connections powered by our partner Fivetran. Under rare circumstances, and in consultation with you, we may need to adjust the pricing for a high-volume connector.
We offer Slack, email, and chat support to all customers. During implementation, our team of analysts is available to help you get started.
Data security is a top priority. We’re SOC 2 Type II certified. All data is encrypted at rest, and any credentials you provide are locked down with restricted access. Additionally, you can restrict access to specific dashboards or spreadsheets, making sure your data is only shared with the right people.
