Yes. A forward deployed analyst will be assigned to your account to help you get started. They will configure the data sync, any required transformations, and deliver a handful of spreadsheets tailored to your business and powered by your live data. Within a week you’ll typically have spreadsheets and dashboards ready to use.

Each plan includes 2 implementations, each connector purchase includes 1 implementation, and any additional implementation needs are $5k per 10 hours of work.

Yes. Our implementation is just a starting point. Equals is a fully-featured spreadsheet, so you can build, extend, and customize however you like.

Yes. We tailor the trial period to each customer’s needs. But you will always have an opportunity to try Equals before committing.

No. You can use Equals as much as you want. We do not limit the number of queries, spreadsheets, or dashboards.

We do have a fair use policy for connections powered by our partner Fivetran. Under rare circumstances, and in consultation with you, we may need to adjust the pricing for a high-volume connector.

We offer Slack, email, and chat support to all customers. During implementation, your forward deployed analyst is available to help you get started.

Data security is a top priority. We’re SOC 2 Type II certified. All data is encrypted at rest, and any credentials you provide are locked down with restricted access. Additionally, you can restrict access to specific dashboards or spreadsheets, making sure your data is only shared with the right people.
