For the Osano team, building out cohort reports, analyzing funnel performance, and forecasting with live CRM data are essential. However, their previous CRM dashboard was falling short. Before Equals, Jonathan had to manually compile a massive spreadsheet that aggregated data from HubSpot, in order to generate insights.

One of Osano’s most critical reports runs daily on Equals, combining historical performance data with real-time pipeline information. This report is used to forecast top-of-funnel generation and closed-won deals for the upcoming month. The data is automatically pushed to a Slack channel shared by the marketing and sales teams, providing real-time insights and fostering alignment across the company.
